Shoes
All runners should wear professionally-fitted shoes for best results and to prevent injury. It is recommended to have at least one pair of training shoes and a pair of cross country or track spikes for meets. Shoes should be replaced at 400-500 miles or earlier if significant wear is present.

Practice Gear
All athletes must come to practice ready to work out. Weather must be taken into account. If the weather is cold, running tights, gloves and hats are required.
Uniforms
Outerwear: School issued, Single solid color tights, bicycle shorts, shirts, and sports bras. Uniforms can not be altered. 2" square brand logos or smaller; failure to comply will result in disqualification.
Inhalers: For use during race: Doctor’s note to Referee; must be taped to runner’s hand.
